At LIFT Safety, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We are committed to ensuring your safety equipment meets your professional standards and performance requirements.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print your approved RMA form and shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your package; please ensure no previous shipping marks are visible.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear for safety compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
